Christmas is almost here! Well…not exactly, but it’s never too early to start shopping and packing boxes for Operation Christmas Child! OCC delivers gifts to children who may receive nothing the rest of the year. Jesus said “Let the little children come to me,” so we ask that you help prepare the way, and prayerfully consider “giving up” during this Lenten season, in order to “give to” a child in need. Assembled boxes and suggested gift lists are available at the table in the Narthex. Thank you for sharing the joy of Christmas with children around the world.
Each month we are giving suggestions of gift giving items. For March it is a “WOW” item (a doll, soccer ball and pump, battery operated toy or game, etc.), April is stuffed animals.
